Thanks for Your Purchase of Baby BumbleBee & BumbleBee Kids Videos and DVD Sets!
Most of our DVDs come with a free one year subscription to the corresponding Video App. This page explains how to access the digital subscription that comes with your DVD or set purchase.
Step 1: Choose any two Apple or Android devices to use to access your video content. You can choose two apple devices, two android devices, or one of each. Your subscription will work across platforms. You’ll remain logged in so choose the devices you wish to use carefully.
Step 2: Download the BumbleBee Kids Video Player App for your device(s) from the iTunes store or from the Google Play Store. The player is FREE.
Step 3: Locate your username and password. Your username is the email address this email was sent to. Your password is the first 10 digits of your order number (the numbers before the dash). You can find your order number on the order confirmation you received shortly after placing your order. It is also printed on the packing slip included with your DVDs. See the example below:
Step 4: Open the Video Player App on your selected devices and log in using your email and password. The login button is located in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Step 5: Enjoy! To use the Apps, select an app from your “MY LIBRARY” Tab view and sync it to your device. You can then play the Video App from the “SYNCED TO DEVICE” Tab. Additional Video Apps are available for purchase from the “VIDEO STORE” tab but you will not get the DVD this way. If you want the DVD and App, you’ll have to buy from the BabyBumbleBee.com or BumbleBeeKids.com. The DVD and App are about the same price as the app only FYI!
For Returning Customers
No Worries! Your new title or titles have automatically been added to your existing subscription. They should appear in the “My Library” Tab view. Access them as you do all your other videos. Your OLD PASSWORD remains active. You do not get a new password.
